Holiday Gift Guide ~ Day Twenty Two - Rose All Day
You’re cutting it very close if you haven’t started your shopping yet, but I trust that most of my readers are already sitting back and relaxing with a good book or podcast and glass of wine. But just in case you’re thinking about a fab bottle of vino to take to the family dinner on Christmas day, might I suggest my current favourite; Miraval Rosé ($24.95) from France - where all delicious rosé’s are grown. If you’re a wine connoisseur perhaps you’ve heard of Miraval already. This gorgeous bottle is brought to you by famous celebrity ex’s Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The grapes are from vineyards on their property Chateau Miraval in the south of France where they were married in 2014. But don’t think for a moment that Angie and Brad were out back stamping on grapes with their gold coated feet. Nope, the Jolie-Pitt’s hired actual wine makers to create Miraval for them. So feel free to add Vintner’s to their list of accomplishments. If you’re going to bring a bottle wine to dinner - why not bring one that starts a conversation?
