Two Sisters Winery

I'm going to whisper this because it's a little embarrassing, so listen closely. {I just went to my first winery.}  I KNOW...BLASPHEMY!!! I had the good fortune on my Niagara tour to stop for lunch at the exquisite Two Sisters winery in Niagara On The Lake.  It wouldn't be a stretch to say I didn't want to leave. The lunch menu at Kitchen 76 was awesome and I had a tough time deciding on which pasta would fill my tummy. I decided on the Tagliatelle and was not disappointed. Fresh cherry tomatoes, garlic and loads of tender shrimp married with perfectly al dente, generous portion of pasta. Such a treat.  I paired my pasta with my favourite crisp white wine, Sauvignon Blanc. It was so crisp and refreshing, I had two glasses...big shock!   

With lunch or dinner you have the opportunity to sample any of the Two Sisters wines at no additional cost.  And to save you time, they'll package and bring your wine purchases to your table for you.  But consider this a warning, this connivence makes it very easy to buy several bottles for home.   I will be visiting Two Sisters again...with more girlfriends...for more wine! 

Please be sure to have a designated driver with you on any winery tour.
