I find I’m not spending as much time on Facebook these days, hence my scrolling is down by probably 50%…ok maybe 25% if I’m being honest. This is a really good thing! What it means for me is that I’m engaged in other (more productive) areas of my life, like reading more books, seeing my friends more often and spending more time discovering new ways of living - more on that at a later date. But there’s still been some posts that have caught my eye.
Definitely my summer drink of choice, especially since wine exacerbating my hot flashes!
Classic…that’s basically my personally style. What’s your’s?
ADDED BONUS:
I just listened to a great episode of The New Family podcast about the mental and emotional preparation involved in sending your child off to University. Even though my first went last year, I found this listen really valuable. Brandy Weikle, host of the podcast interviews Sara Dimerman author of Don’t Leave, Please Go - a book about what you and your teenager need to know before they leave home for University. It touches on so many of the insecurities and anxieties we as parents feel before our children leave home and while they’re away. It’s graduation time and I know many of you are preparing for this major transition. Pick up the book, listen to the podcast and take a deep breath. Change is coming - embrace it!
