Hendrick's Gin 375 ml - $28.95

If you often gift a bottle of wine at the Holidays, why not switch it up this year with a great bottle of gin? I love a gin and tonic and Hendrick's is my current fave. It goes great with the 32oz Tonic Mix I discovered at the One of a Kind show. BTW I found the 32oz line of syrups at Indigo...easy to pick up, makes an awesome gift. Try to steer clear of the commercial tonics and go with great artisan mixes instead.  Why not research a few gin cocktails and mix some up for your guest this holiday season. The Classic Negroni Cocktail

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce gin
Flamed orange peel for garnish

Combine all of the ingredients in a short glass filled with ice and stir. 

Run the flamed orange peel around the edge of the glass, lightly squeezing to express the oils. Drop the peel into the glass and enjoy.
