I’m obsessed with my white jeans, but doesn’t the saying go “no white after labour day?”  Can I please bend the rules just a little and keep wearing them?

I too am obsessed with white denim. I personally have a few pairs in rotation, and because one tiny drop of tomato sauce can call it a day for your beloveds…I tend to buy them on the inexpensive side. Think Joe Fresh or The Gap. No need to break the bank on jeans you’ll want to replace (they start looking a little grey by end of the season) as soon as the first crocus pops up next spring.  Today is your lucky day Not Ready…I’m all for wearing your white jeans as long as you possibly can into the Fall season.  The key to making this work is what you pair them with. I posted two of my favourite fall tops to wear with white jeans. I love black turtlenecks and they look awesome with fresh white denim. Complete your look with a tall, glossy pair of Hunter Boots or if the sun is shining a pair of black flats. This is such a chic look.  If you’re not keen on turtlenecks, then a classic chambray shirt also pairs well with your white denim.  Camel colour booties or flats finish off this look to perfection.  

While I fully encourage you to keep your white jeans in your denim rotation for at least another month…please move your white shoes and bags to the rear of your closet. They have no business in your Fall wardrobe.
