Best in Bubbles

I'm not much of a bath girl, but I spent a day this week outside watching my little guy play touch football. I wrapped myself in a blanket and parked my booty in a camp chair for six hours, so when I got home I needed a soak to unthaw my poor frozen muscles.

I love my Victoria & Albert freestanding tub, but mostly just to look at.  I personally prefer jumping into a hot steamy shower and letting the water cascade over me. But on occasion (like Monday), a long soak in a big bubbly tub is the only way to go. Of course adding bubbles and/or salts is a must. Part of the appeal of a bath is the aromatherapy aspect. Drowning your aches and pains...and maybe a sorrow or two in the heady smell of lavender is always a good escape.

I have a few favourite bath bubbles and salts...so take a deep breath and let it all soak away.

Fresh Sake Bath is sheer indulgence. This light foaming bath will fill your bathroom with the smell of fresh peaches, and leaves your skin silky soft and smooth. Undertones of pine and ginger makes you feeling completely refreshed. Rinse off with cool water after your soak to seal the goodness into your skin.

I was introduced to these luscious Arbonne Aromassentials Bath Salts a few years ago and they quickly became an addiction. I love the lavender scent and the mineral enriched salts leave your muscles completely relaxed.

I can hardly resist the name of this combination shower gel, bubble bath and shampoo from Philosophy. I really love the big luxurious bubbles this product makes and don't forget to take a real margarita into the tub with you. Arriba!!!
