Starting on the Outside...Body Edition

I feel like there should be so many more products in this photo...but I suppose my shower routine is far simpler for my bod than my face.  I actually have several favourite shower soaps and gels, but I'm currently loving Hesperides Bath & Shower Gel by Fresh. There's also a bar version of this citrusy delight that literally lasts forever...but it's a huge bar and I sometimes find this a bit much to handle.  So shower gel it is for now.  I love how moisturizing this gel is and the fragrance is so amazing and especially invigorating in the morning. I ALWAYS use a puff...daily exfoliation is my secret to super soft skin.  In the winter when the air is dry, I like to occasionally use a scrub for extra exfoliation.  Shea Body Scrub from The Body Shop is my current fave. I love the shea bar soap from Body Shop, so trying the scrub was an easy choice.  I like that it's a combination of organic sugar and salt. Your skin will be left silky soft and fresh smelling.  I'm currently trying out a new self tanner and used this to exfoliate before application...will let you know the results in a later post.

As with my face, I don't dry off completely after the shower. Skin left a little damp before moisturizer application makes absorption so much better.  I'm not fussy about moisturizer think this is definitely one area you don't have to spend too much for good results. I'm currently using Everyone Lotion.  This is actually a three-in-one lotion for face, hands and body, but I use it only on hands and body. The Coconut Lemon fragrance is very gentle, so if you apply perfume it's not overpowering the scent.  It's all organic and gluten free but I wouldn't suggest eating it. ;)
