SHE SHOPS SWAP - Swap Night Reminders
She Shops Swap is on Tuesday March 3rd at the Amsterdam Brewery - 45 Esander Drive. This is NOT the Barrel House Restaurant on Laird, it’s the actual brewery event space. Lot’s of parking on site.
The doors will open at 7:00 p.m. for you to grab a drink and peruse the vendors. Vendors include Kerri Torrey from Beautycounter, Eliza Perry Jewellery and CreAeytions - Lovingly Unique Denim. Sample Little Buddah’s new Vodka cocktail for a refreshing treat.
Swap will start at 7:30 sharp on the sound of the cowbell (obvi, I’m a hockey mom after all).
Items are one for one, regardless of the colour of the ticket. I have changed this from previous postings. Tickets for the March 3rd Swap are Blue and Red and are of equal value.
We are swapping in the ‘Spirit of Sustainability’ with friends and members of our greater community. With that in mind, please be kind to your fellow swappers and don’t hold on to more than three items at a time.
There are no changing rooms on site , so dress to pop things over your clothes.
Once you have decided on your swap items proceed to ‘check out’ table where you will ‘pay’ for your items with your tickets.
Bring your unused personal care products for the CLEAN SWAP RECYCLE DROP. Kerri Torrey from Beautycounter and I will ensure that they are recycled correctly and stay out of landfill.
And last but not least…it’s my hope that everyone comes away with something they like, but sometimes with thrifting, consignment shopping and swapping - it just doesn’t happen. The important part of the night is to have fun and take pride in the fact that you are part of movement to change the way we consume fashion.
