Pajama Day
Ok…full disclosure. One of my favourite parts of the day is when I deem it late enough to change into my pajama's. "Late enough" is entirely subjective depending on the time of the year. I've been know to get cozy as early as 7 p.m. if it's dark and cold outside, and why not if you have great pi's to change into. From day style to night style, it's good to look good in bed.
I'm a fan of the pj bottom and my favourites come from Anthropologie. I love the amazing selection of funky choices they have. I pair mine with a tank top because I tend to get warm at night.
These knit bottoms also from Anthropologie are my adorable, I would wear them during the day if I could. I would still answer the door if I was wearing these. I hope Santa reads Glimmer and leaves them under my tree. I love the slightly flared bottom. Only problem is they are hand wash only…so a little work, but I think the benefit outweighs that tiny negative.
Classic flannel pi's are always a good idea especially when they are as super cute as these ones from Munki Munki covered in Champagne bottles. Why not take your Champagne to bed? These pi's are available to order through Nordstrom.com, or if you're lucky enough to live in Vancouver or Ottawa, you can try your local Nordstrom We have to wait til Fall 2016 for our Nordstrom here in Toronto.
If you're looking for a classic menswear inspired pj, then the Gisele Pajama from Eberjey is the perfect choice. I can attest to the fact that these are the coziest pi's ever, without the heat of flannel. They come in a nice selection of colours and are available in Toronto at one of my favourite lingerie boutiques Beestung Lingerie on Yonge St.
