Q: What SPF do you use on your face?

A: As I've mentioned in previous posts, I use an SPF on my face 365. In the winter months I rely  on the SPF 20 in Beautycounter's Dew Skin Moisturizing coverage. I love the sheer coverage that Dew Skin provides. In the summer months I still wear Dew Skin, but I also swipe  Beautycounter's Protect Stick all over my face after I moisturize. You can never have to much protection. Check out my last post for a giveaway of this great product. 

Q: Do you have a favourite brand of white tee shirt?

A: As a matter of fact I do, and I actually have two. The first is the Whisper Cotton V-Neck Pocket Tee by Madewell. You can find this tee in Canada at Nordstrom. It's the perfect length (not cropped) and the V-Neck isn't too revealing. It's a tissue tee, so it's soft and drapes nicely. My second is the Vintage V-Neck T-Shirt from The Gap. This style is a little thicker than than a tissue tee and doesn't get any annoying little holes in the front. You know the ones I mean!

Q: Where do you buy your jeans?

A: I don't really shop for jeans in one specific store, but I do like the brand Pilcro available at Anthropologie and will always check there first before looking anywhere else. I've never paid more than $130 for a pair of jeans from Pilco. I've also had good luck with Treasure & Bond jeans from Nordstrom (also priced under $120) and J Brand when I'm feeling like I need something special. :)

Q: You mentioned a 'summer sweatshirt' in a recent Instagram post. What exactly is a summer sweatshirt?

A: Good question. A summer sweatshirt is one that is lighter and made from terry cloth or even supima cotton rather than the traditional fleece. It's the perfect fabric for cool summer days. In the photo above I'm wearing a 'sweatshirt' from Madewell made of French Terry.
