31 Day Blog Challenge - Day Twenty Five

Day Twenty Five - Best Physical Features

I've been scared about writing this day for the past week. But as I sit here at my computer having just read a text from my sister that said (paraphrasing) "people can be shitty on social media and here you are throwing yourself out there everyday" I'm going to going to tell you exactly what I like about myself. I believe in loving yourself first...and that not only means loving my self emotionally, but physically as well: 

  • Legs - I work hard on these at pilates. But I'm very lucky to long thin legs by nature. I'm confident in short skirts and bathing suits because I think my legs look good.
  • Arms - Again, long and thin and they are starting to bear the fruit all the months (maybe years) I've put in on the reformer. 
  • Eyes - I think your eyes speak with you even having to open your mouth and I feel mine are expressive - and apparently sparkly. 
  • Smile - I think you look younger when you smile. So do it often...
