Let's Get Fresh

Whenever I write about Joe Fresh I always get a great wave to traffic to the site. Women love Joe, and the beautiful thing about writing Glimmer is that I can be honest with you about what I really like in any given season of Joe Fresh. So in all honesty I can say that the current collection is definitely not my favourite. :( While strolling through the Mattamy Center location today (the old Maple Leaf Gardens) I was really hard pressed to find many pieces that I was excited me. Alas the pieces I did like are basics. Joe does basics well. By all means if you've seen something in the current collection that you absolutely love, that I  missed - please let me know!

The Gathered Neck Tank (above) is a great little piece. You can toss it under a jacket for work or pair with grey jeans for a night out. It's a little shiny for my liking, but still cute. I always seem to be drawn to tops that tie a the neck. 

                                                 Bird Print Tee $19

It's nice to have a piece in your wardrobe that brings a touch of whimsy. This is where this sweet Bird Print Tee comes in. A great casual and cute piece for weekend wear, it also comes in white with black birds. 

                                          Long Sleeve Stripe Tee $14

Stripped tee's are the new white tee for me. I love them. I was glad to see these back in the Joe line-up this fall. Definitely a popular basic for the line. Also available in black/white, blue/black and light grey/dark grey. For $14 you should buy a couple. 

                                       Turtle Neck Poncho $39

I don't generally go for asymmetry in fashion, but I'll make an exception for this cozy Turtle Neck Poncho. This piece is perfect for the rink in October. And as a bonus, all knits are currently 25% off. This one won't last long.

                                         Cashmere Sweater $99

I am a monster fan of cashmere. Hats, scarves, sweaters, gloves, bathrobes...I love them all. For $99 (plus 25% off) Joe Fresh cashmere sweaters are a terrific deal. These sweaters also come in black (absolutely necessary), grey, and red...super cute for the holidays. 

                                         Fleece Active Jogger $24

There is only one word to describe these joggers...cozy. I think they may be my new night time dog walking pants. You know the ones...before you change into your pj's!  These also come in grey as well...perfect for chilly days and the slim fit is super popular right now. These are a great piece to wear if you're search of bottoms for an "Athleisure" look. But we'll discuss that more in my next post!
