If you were holding your breath while reading about the $200 tassel top above, you can exhale now because the Swing Tassle Tank from Old Navy $26.00 (Cdn)  is a little more practical in my opinion, but just as cute. The fabric is quite sheer though it doesn't appear that way in the photo. It's showing almost sold out online, but there was a good selection of sizes at the Old Navy I was in last week.
